Who we are.
Whilst owning a teaching and livery stables Jane established the company 25 years ago managing rental houses and villas for overseas owners, over the years gaining a huge amount of experience and local contacts building up a happy and professional workforce capable of supplying a very comprehensive range of services. The managment is shared with her partener Eric who is a professional horticulturist and ex Golf course manager.

What we do
We are dedicated to providing house managment services to all kinds of properties, rentals, private homes, second homes corporate houses. The service could start at the point of sourcing a property for your intended area and intended use, project manage renovations right through to a child minding service.

​We cover most of Umbria, Le marche, and Southern Tuscany but depending on customer requirements this could be widened.
