We have known Jane since 2002 when we bought our house in Sansepolcro, Tuscany. We were introduced to her by the estate agent as we needed someone to speak Italian for us, look after the house, shop and pay bills whist we were in the UK.
Then when the renovations started she found the workmen, translated for the architect and geometer, sourced materials and oversaw the work. This she did very efficiently for about 5 years. The house was ready for us and supplies in the fridge when we arrived for our many visits.
Over time as the renovations were mostly completed, we became more able to speak Italian and were able to spend longer time at the house we agreed with her that we would take over most of the work that she did but were able to call on her for help when necessary.
We hope that future jobs will be equally successful and wish her luck in the future.

We have used the above named company to promote our property for holiday rentals for the past three years. In this time we have always found them to be reliable. Our property has been widely advertised resulting in many bookings. Payments for the bookings have always been prompt & trouble free.
