The bustling town of Umbertide is close offering good amenities, shopping, culture and quality local produce at markets and supermarkets.
Gubbio is well worth a trip, take in the architecture, cobbled streets and archways. The cable car is unforgetable.
The main house is very tastfully renovated to provide spacious, light and airy, comfortable living accomodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped for family life, on arrival you will find the most generous welcome pack so if you didnt have time to shop on the way it could wait until the following day. There are ample work surfaces and storage. perfectly set up for preparing a family meal of a celebration feast.
The living room is very spacious and furnished with ample comfortable seating for more than 8 guests, there is satalite TV, dvd player with a huge dvd collection for all ages. There is huge amount of games and toys for children of all ages which will certainly make entertaining youngsters easy.

We arrived at Colbiancale and immediately fell in love with it, it was lovely better than we imagined. The children 8 and 13 headed straight for the pool. The layout of the house is very spacious cool and airy equipped with everything we could want as a family the children loved all the toys and games. Jane brought us the complementary meal which was fantastic and inspired me to make some of the dishes here at home. We were just so relaxed enjoying the views from the comfortable terrace. Yes we are definitely returning and doing more exploring of the area.
We’ve had a wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks here enjoying the warm weather, the fabulous views and the fantastic facilities. Don’t think we’ve ever settled into a holiday house so quickly – a proper home from home. The gardens are lovely, the pool has been maintained to such a high standard and the games and equipment have kept us all busy. To finish it all off Jane came along and prepared us a fantastic meal on our last night. Thanks to all.
This house is the most comfortable holiday home we’ve ever stayed in. The children were blown away by the selection of toys, table football, table tennis table, and above all the pool.
Jane’s meal was an absolute feast it was such a pleasure to come home to a meal ready and waiting in the fridge. The views are stunning and being able to sit so comfortably under the veranda watching the children in the pool was so relaxing.
