Maison Cardeno
‘Maison Cardeno is a traditional Breton farmhouse in the Morbihan region of Brittany. It is set in a peaceful rural location just outside the village of Guegon and 7 kilometres from Josselin.
The house, which can accommodate up to six people, was renovated and refurbished to a high standard in 2017 and features all mod cons, with a large open-plan living/dining area and modern fully fitted kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and a family bathroom with over-bath shower. The house also benefits from electric heating throughout and a large wood burning fire in the living room.
Kitchen/dining/living room:
This is a large open plan room (c45 sq m), with doors to the front and rear and stairs to the first floor.
The kitchen is newly fitted with electric cooker, grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The gas hob is fitted in an island, with breakfast bar and stools.
The dining area has a large modern oak table and six chairs. There is also a high chair.
The living room end is furnished with a sofa, easy chairs, coffee table and side tables. There is a large wood burning fire and two electric radiators, a cd player/radio with Bluetooth facility, tv (French and English channels) and DVD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, games and books for use during your stay. There is free internet/wifi access throughout the house.
